Stylized Dungeon

This is a stylized modular dungeon environment I made in a week using Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter, and Substance Designer. To speed up the process, I invested some time up front making tileable trim sheets and textures, so I was able to reuse 3 materials for the majority of the environment with a couple unique materials for some smaller props like the stairs. The assets are optimized for games with most of the detail coming from the ZBrush sculpts which were baked into normal maps.

This diorama is around 50k tris. Other than some smaller props like the candles, the entire environment uses trim sheet and tiling textures.

I built a small game environment using these assets in Unreal Engine and created a "gameplay" animation of an old school first person dungeon crawler. I composed the music myself in Reaper.

The modular construction of the kit allows quick level design iterations.

Materials were created from ZBrush sculpts which were then textured in Substance Painter.
